Recuperate units Eco

Recuperative units ECO — are compact energy-efficient supply-exhaust units with the capacity from 400 to 12000 m³/h.

Units ECO guarantees using of secondary energy-resources with the most effective today — to 88%. This high efficiency is achieved at the expense of the features of units’ construction and using of highly efficient rotary recuperator. Recuperator application with variable rotation speed allows using of units ECO in regions with outside air temperature -40 ° C and lower. Recuperator rotation speed is controlled by automatic system and changed by frequency regulator «Hitachi», as a part of the delivery. Rotation speed changing of recuperator during the working does not allow its frosting over and at the same time allows its using with the maximum efficiency. Rotary recuperator is equipped with cleaning sector, which practically excludes the possibility of mixing exhaust air with supply.

Class EU-7 filters are included in the set ensure quality air clean and provide a durable work of recuperator.

Units Eco are completed with two radial axial fans of Plug Fan type with the motor on the same shaft. They are characteristic by high efficiency and low noise level achieved by reducing the dynamic part of the total pressure. Furthermore, the usage of this type of fan:

• promotes to the recuperator effective work,
• makes unit more compact,
• provides easy maintenance,
• guarantees the same speed of inlet and outlet air,
• allows to install duct-connected heater, silencer or duct immediately near unit outlet.

Units ECO are equipped with automatic system allowing controlling the temperature of exhausting and supplying air, to regulate rotation speed of rotary heat exchanger, supply and exhaust fans, to control the operation of water or electric water heaters, water or freon coolers). The presence of built automatic control repeatedly simplifies installation, and convenient «smart» controller simplifies start-up operations.
